lost package
I have been a customer of Chadwicks for a while. I ordered 297.27 worth of clothing - V5269496. I called after UPS tracking stated the package was delivered. Because it was difficult to get to a representative I checked online and the system advised the package was shipped today on 7/31/2015. I finally spoke to a rep and advised the site had on delivery date while the automated system gave another date. The rep advised the package was delivered. I told her again of the two different dates and again repeated the package was delivered. I told her a 3rd time of the problem. She then stated she needed to transfer me. I spoke with another rep who basically said the same thing. The whole time I could barely understand them because there was a lot of noise in the background as I heard other representatives talking to customers. I was transferred to a supervisor who told me the automated system was referring to part of the order that was cancelled when it referenced the items shipping today. Why couldn't the other two tell me that!!??? Very frustrated at this point I ask what is the recourse for the missing package. I was told to work with UPS as once they ship they have nothing else to do with it. I am very angry at the lack of service but I did contact UPS. They stated they would open an investigation and all status updates would have to come from Chadwicks. OH NO!!! What a nightmare getting information from Chadwicks.
I was missing another package and I called the other company. I was told they would open an investigation and get back to me. IMAGINE THAT!!! A company that will track their package and get back to me. They gave me the timeframe and next steps. That package was 130.00 -less than the money I spent with Chadwicks.
I will continue this game with Chadwicks,, I will post on every site I can how poor your service is although I am sure that will not come as a surprise and then I will cancel my account. Nothing is worth the frustration I experienced today.
