No Bus service

We are extremely unhappy with CTU bus service on route no 34-c from PGI to Dera Bassi via Mubarikpur. We did not have any bus service after 6:30a.m to 8:00a.m.
Your requested to Please provide us the 34-c bus facility for the morning time ..Because 34-cc bus's no time table for morning time 6:30a.m to 8:am. Everyday its late coming. Only coming on time only one to two days coming on time.please provide us the bus service and also in the evening.
We will request to look into this at top priority

access fare charged in city bus & rude behavior of female conductor bus n-5087 on 5/10/15 route-202 Ac bus + old fare sticker in mostly bus
Dear Transport authourty CTU
I want to bring in ur knowledge on date 05/10/2015 i was travelling in ctu bus nbr-5087 at 11:40 am from sec 43 to UT Chandigarh near matka chowk as usually . Mostly used this route - 202 buses . i have facing the issue about fare . every bus in this same route has different -2 fare charged for same regarding this issue making complaint immediate there is no complaint or suggestion book with conductors .
2-For the same route & same bus -source to destination conductors & drivers both having different -2 statement about fare . due to this passengers are facing daily by daily .
3- you should provide the unique ID NBr or name plate to every conductor & drivers also.
4- Female conductors has mostly rude behaviors with passengers & mostly with old age PPL.
5- Due to old fare sticker present in the mostly buses conductors charged accordingly . Plz update & also prove the fare table in the bus and with conductors also.

VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF FEMALE CONDUCTORS (BUS No. CH01GA 5094) Route start from bus stand sec 43 at 02:05 pm)
I am a passenger shocked today 27-08-15 time 02:10pm from your new recruit female conductor, she don't know how to behave with passengers,today afternoon ROUTE NO 206 SEC 43 TO IT PARK, BUS NO. CH01GA 5094,CTU BUS ROUTE NO 206 starts in afternoon at 02:05pm (aprx) from Bus Stand Sec. 43. when i was sit down on a lady seat which is situated behind the driver, the two lady seat was empty and no one ladies was stand in the bus so i sit down then she said go there and sit down in back seats when i saw and i found only 2 seats empty in second last row, but her behave is so rude and even she said to driver 'STOP THE BUS,if he not sit down the back row seats', I mean WHAT IS THIS she is not owner the bus and she have no right to speak like this,She show off our govt job, and even driver telling me very polite, his behave is so cool. But FEMALE CONDUCTOR behave is very rude, she starts arguments with me and driver STOP THE BUS etc.And now i want to tell you that yesterday (26-08-2015) same route, same seat, same time and same FEMALE CONDUCTOR she sited with a male on same seat (lady seat) even half seats are empty in bus she called the male to sit down here (behind driver lady seat), i think they are relatives,i just told the new recruit female conductors to behave the public gently.kindly take the necessary action against her, If she not polite her behave with public then i go to Smt. Bhawna Garg , IAS, Secretary Transport, Sh.T.P.S Phoolka, PCS, Director Transport.

CTU Bus 1-C Not stopped properly

Subject: Not Stopped Buses properly at the Sector- 28-C, Market stopage.
I am extremely unhappy with CTU bus service on route from Sector- 28-C Chandigarh. CTU bus that is 1-C driver did not stop the bus properly. today dated 03/03/2015 at 11: 15 a.m. CTU bus 1-C can't stop the bus properly. senior citizens and ladies has also problem for this behaviour of ctu bus drivers. there is lot of chances for accidents, and other mis happenings.
please look into the matter immediately. i hope your look into the matter urgently and take some strict actions against 1- C driver.

HEATING SYSTEM NOT WORKING

Pay attention toward CTU BUSES.We useally travel through the buses daily but their HEATING SYSTEM is not working,
no one is taking pain.Why people should pay for AC which is not working. Please take action ASAP.

Bus Service to Mohali
Dear Sir,
What is happening with CTU bus services is not known to the commuters. Yesterday (12th Dec. 2014)in the evening there was no bus services from Housing Board Chowk(Mani Majra) to Mohali. All the commuters were forced to depend upon the Auto-rickshaw or any other alternative source to reach their home after their duty in Panchkula/Manimjara areas.
Is there anybody to cross check this. Why the poor peoples are being harassed in the hands of CTU for non of their fault. The poor peoples are depending upon the CTU ordinary bus to reach their work place and back home. The sudden halt of Bus services like this create a lot much problem for the poor people of this developing country. Who bothers who cares. It is disgusting.

9A/9C Bouse route to MD to Mohali
Dear Sir,
I feel shame to write you again and again regarding the deteriorating service of above bus route, for the last two days, this bus frequency of running is 2 hours that too in the evening, On 2nd and 3rd December, there was no bus available from 5.45 to 7.30 PM from Hsg.Board Chowk to Mohali. Commuters were waiting for the bus for more than 2 hrs. that too in this winter season. Is there any solution for this.
If the buses are not running it may be informed to the public well in advance by a press note or any other mode so that commuters can not waste their time for waiting for the bus. Is such an attitude can be adopted by CTU? Why you are harassing the people for no fault of them.
In this developing and progressing country (as claimed by the politicians and Administrators) the basic amenities like local travel problem is not met with then it is really shameful.

VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF FEMALE CONDUCTORS
Sir/Mam,
I am a passenger.iam shocked today 02-12-14 to see, your new recruit female
canductors .they dont know how to behave with passengers, even seniour citizen
passengers. today morning in your ctu bus route no 206 starts in morning between
10:20 to 10:30 am which starts from sector 43 bus stand. a passenger ( senior
citizen) very old uncle gave 50 rs note to female conductor ( his ticket amount is rs
20) but female conductor asked old uncle very very rudely to bring change i have
not the change, then passenger replies very politely beta i have only 50 rs note.but
she starts arguments with him. i also told the female conductor to stop
argumentation but she not ,even she starts with me also. she reply me i am a govt
employee not a private employee & its not my duty to bring any type of change.she
show off our govt job. at end uncle told sorry to her. and matter close. i just only
want to say plzz told the new recruit female conductors to behave the public
gently. i try to know her name but she not tell me her name.and she starts fighting
with me.i dont know who is she thats y i only mention bus route no 206 and time.

POOR BUS SERVICE TO MOHALI
Dear Sir,
It is to bring to your kind notice that, yesterday (14th Nov 2014) from 5.50 PM to 7.40 PM there was no bus service available from Manimajra (Hsg. Board Chowk) to Mohali Phase XI. It was came to understood that the buses (old- long trip buses) which were used to run on these route(9A/9C) were deployed for attending a SATSANG in Delhi.
As you are aware that , these bus routes were very badly affected due to the recent/past crises of your non-availability of buses at your end, and commuters are very badly suffering and crying for buses, then to cut short again this route is not all appreciated. Why you are so cruel towards the Mohali residents by not providing the bus service, whereas the Administrator of Chandigarh is claiming(in a press note) that after deploying so many buses(new buses) for local travelling the frequency of all routes are 10 minutes , is it a correct claim? I have spent 2 Hrs. to get a bus from Housing Board (MM) to Mohali, it is tolerable for me, for being a poor commuter. Keep it up CTU.

CTU Daily Bus passes
Dear Sir,
It is a welcome step CTU has taken, by introducing the daily bus pass for Tricity commuters,and it is very popular now. This passes are not been given in some buses(ordinary mini buses) as the conductor says he can't issue the daily passes, as it is a small bus and not possible to write the name of Passengers who needs such passes in the bus, as he has to attend the passengers query and issue normal tickets to the passengers, According to him the passes may be obtained from the Bus stand. Wherein the Electronic Display installed inside the bus says the Passes are available with the conductor and any one can get it issued from the Conductor. Why this indifference between the CTU authorities and its employees?
Once this Passes can not be given in such buses then such displays may be removed from the buses, in order to avoid confusion or otherwise the employees may be given proper guidance and training to avoid conflict between employees and commuters.
Further it is to add here, that as CTU is purchasing so many buses, hence frequency of 9A/9C bus route from Mohali to MD and like wise, may be improved, as in the evening the frequency of these buses are more than 1 hour or more. Please deploy ordinary buses instead of deploying so many AC buses/Min AC buses to coupe-up the requirement of the poor public who are earning their daily breads.

POOR BUS SERVICE TO MOHALI
Dear Sir,
I appreciate the efforts taken by you for introducing new buses on Roads from today onwards in the Tricity. Out of this how much buses you are deploying to Mohali.
As Mohali is the worst affected area as regards to Local bus travelling, as most of the buses which were operated in Mohali Roads are cut down by you due to non-availability of buses.Haryana(Panchkula) is having its own local arrangement by Haryana Roadways, whereas Punjab Roadways is not running any local buses for its local residents. The cut down services of 6A/6C,10A/10C may be re-introduced And the frequency of 9A/9C may also be improved further.
Further please do not force the poor public to travel in your AC buses by paying a heavy fare rate than the ordinary bus, so deploy maximum ordinary buses to meet out the requirement of poor peoples who are depended upon their own daily breads. Let the high salaried and rich peoples to travel in your AC bus, who can borne the higher rate, which the ordinary man can not afford, so please think about them also.
A person who is living in Moahli to reach Panchkula has to pay Rs 35/-(one side) upto Hsg. Board (MM)from Phase XI, in your AC bus and again to pay further to reach his destination in Panchkula. So Kindly look into the matter and think about the poor man and his burden as all essential commodities are exorbitantly high, even after the Modi regime also.

THIS TO INFORM TO THE UNAWARE CHANDIGARH ADMINISTRATION WHO IS NOT AT ALL PROVIDING THE SERVICES RIGHTLY TO THE CITIZENS OF THEIR OWN COUNTRY.THIS IS THE INCIDENT OF A RUDE CONDUCTOR WITH THE PEOPLE WHO WERE NOT FROM PUNJAB, THEY WERE FROM BIHAR. THEY SIMPLY ASKED THE CONDUCTOR ABOUT THE BUS FARE AND REFUSED TO GIVE THE FARE OF THEIR CHILDREN'S WHO WERE UNDER 3 YEARS BUT THE SHREWD CONDUCTOR BANGED ON AND STARTED ABUSING THE MAN AND HIS WIFE AS CALLING THEM "KUTTA" AND SAID "TUMARI TO DO PAISE KI IZZAT NI HAI ZAMADAR HO TUM" AND HE SUDDENLY STOPPED THE BUS AND STARTED PUSHING HIM OUT OF THE BUS.BUT SOMEHOW PEOPLE MANAGED TO STOP HIM BUT HE WAS RECKLESSLY ABUSING THEM. SO I HAVE A HUMBLE REQUEST TO THE CTU ADMINISTRATION TO TAKE A STEP AGAINST HIM SO THAT OTHER CONDUCTORS WILL LEARN A LESSON THAT THE POOR PEOPLE HAVE ALSO SELF RESPECT WHICH IS CRUSHED BY THEIR SO CALLED BAD TREATMENT.

rude behaviour of conductors
I have been travelling in CTU buses since past four years, i catch a bus from zirakpur and travel to the University almost on daily basis, though there have been many cases that have took place that I want to bring to the notice of Chandigarh administration but recent one is the rude of some of the oll mannered behaviour of conductors carrying the passengers in the bus No. 212 from PGI to zirakpur. The conductor starts shouting for our inability to carry change with us to buy the ticket. Though most of the times I do make ot sure that I have the change beacuse now I have become accustoimed to their this rude behaviour but again yesterday When I gave conductor a 50rs note to give me the ticket as I had no change at that time, he very irritatingly started commenting that " yahan toh sab itne ameer hai chote note rakhte hi nahin hai log " and and at that time I seriously got pissed off like anything that if I do not have any change that is not the way to talk about anypone, he did the same with other passenegers as well. I want to request you to either provide them with sufficient change so that at least so that they learn how to behave with genuine passengers like me or either appoint conductors who act in a humane manner by understandibng a passengers inability to have change all the time.

Complaint against CTU Bus no. CH01G-A 5058,Bus route no. 22
Respected Sir,
I would like to draw your attention Complaint against CTU bus no-CH01G-A 5058,bus route no. 22 Here by I Rajesh Narang had requested to Driver/Conductor on dt -04.Jan.2014 ,time-6.10 PM for lift me from housing board chowk Manimajra but they totally refused to lift me even they did not open the electonic door as i have again & again requested to both Driver & Conductor for open the door. I requested them that this is local bus for public and on that time there was also red light for 3 minutes and before i reached near the bus driver has open the door for drop some passengers out of the bus but when i reached to bus he immediately shut the door and refused to open the door. even bus was stop there for 3 minutes due to red light. So this is not acceptable for us so kindly do the needful in this regard.
Hope you would understand of our problems & do the action against this complaint.

Complaint against CTU bus no-HR01G-8852
Respected Sir,
I would like to draw your attention Complaint against CTU bus no-HR01G-8852,bus route Ambala Cantt to Chandigarh Here by I Deepak Gandhi had requested to Driver/Conductor on dt -01.03.2013 ,time-8.50 AM for Ambala Cantt to Lalru but they totally refused to lift us. we requested them that this is local bus from ambala to Chandigarh then why they are not interesting to lift us while they also regular stop the bus on Lalru bas stand for passengers from lalru to chandigarh.
This is not first time but they always refused us for ambala to lalru passengers & same is not acceptable for us so kindly do the needful in this regard.

Just wanted to share that bus service for kharar side is very poor.
All the buses should need to be changed with low floor buses,
And the bus never arrives on time wheather it is 35 bo. Or 20 no.

ticket not given and misbehave by conductor
I want to draw the attention of concerned high level authority towards the shameful behaviour and gundagirdi of CTU conductor. I pick a ctu local bus from sector 26 Madhya Marg to Railway Crossing. Bus route was towards Nada Sahib. I gave the conductor Rs 5 ( Five) coin for the fare from sec-26 to railway crossing.Initially he didnt gave me the ticket, when after next stop I demanded the ticket. he again said " KOI baat nahi de dunga". Becasue railway crossing was not too far from here. so i again requested the ticket, he again refused. Now I asked him why are you not giving me ticket, he became violent to me. He began to forcly step down from bus and began hathapai with me. I was shocked but he kept on pulling me down from the bus and used very abusive language. When he throw me out of the bus at transport chowk , I saw a traffic police man and complaint about the matter. He informed the PCR geep . After 5- 10 minutes PCR geep came and I told my story to them. They informed to some other Policeman and said You should file a complant in Director (CTU) personally then some action can be taken, and also said that Now office may be closed cos it was 3-45 Pm, because i m from Karnal (Haryana) and I had to come back my place , so I could not go to Director Office. But I strngly request the concerned authority to take a serious action agianst the conductor, Bus No. was 5955( Regn, No.) And the time was when I entered in bus was apprx 3-15 to 3-20 Pm. It was 31st of August 2012

conducter do not issue tickets in night
last saturday on 25-08-2012 , when i sit in a bus from 43 bustand to Railway station.
Bus no CH01G-8838, at 9 P.M. The bus conductor asked me 15 rupees for fare saying
that night charges are high. In return he gave me 5 rupee ticket. When i asked for 15 Rupee
ticket he tell me that he also have right to have some drink. when i again asked for ticket. The bus
driver told me to iether get down or be quiet.

In night service buses conducturs never return 5 rupee to any pasanger.
would any one tell them that the buses are for public, not there private property.
due to such thing people prefer there convience and do not use public transportation.
