CHANGE OF ARRIVAL DESTINATION ON TICKETS PURCHASED
DEAR SIRS
IT IS TO MY SURPRISE THAT I PURCHASED 2 TICKETS, TO KOCHIN AS FINAL DESTINATION TO TRAVEL ON 7TH NOVEMBER, 2018, AND THE TICKETS WERE ISSUED TO KOCHIN. ON A SUDDEN, UNEXPECTEDLY I RECEIVED A MAIL FROM SAUDIA CHANGING MY DESTINATIONS TO KOZHIKODE, INSTEAD OF KOCHIN, WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
AS LONG AS I HAVE PURCHASED THE TICKETS TO THE DESTINATION OF MY CHOICE, THE CHANGE SHOULD NOT HAPPEN AND IF AT ALL HAPPENS, SHOULD BE CLARIFIED TO ME IN ADVANCE.
PLEASE CLARIFY THE REASON AT THE EARLIEST.
