Dear Sir/Madam,

I was very upset with your Airport Security Staff, Mr Roslan, who tried to be funny to confisticate toiletries of content less than 100ml and saying that the bottle size exceeds the 100ml.

This incident happened on 30 July 2018 at Terminal 4, around 330pm.

The actual content in bottles were explained to him and showed to him to be less than 100ml and he insisted to confisticate and arguing that the bottles exceed 100ml. His supervisor also blindly supported Mr Roslan and said they are following the procedure. However, on the cards of the guideline, the guideline was actually refering to the content inside rather than bottle size; if it is bottle size, than empty water flask or empty bottle should not be allowed even.

Hope that you could look into the way the staff works.
