Charles Rogers ran away with $6, 000.00 when I hired him to fix my roof in Anderson, IN.
It was in 2006.
Police, Sheriff, Court, Legal Company - nobody could catch Charles Rogers. He is a ridiculous small time crook with his wife Virginia Rogers (they are about 55-56 years old now in 2012), and they have two teenage/young adults children.
