I was required to pay spectrum a deposit of 115.20 for service. They immediately sent a bill saying they did not get payment. My bank statement shows they were paid and they wont accept it was paid. My money is missing and spectrum is unable to licate my money. They are going to terminate service due to their own mistake in where my money went. I need help. No one puts me in touch with the escalation department so im stuck in a loop.

I've returned 3 receivers in as many months. A whirring and clicking noise 24/7. Keeps me awake! I am now unplugging it. But it has to reset when connected again. I've asked friends if they have the problem. The older DVR did not make noise. I'm sure it's adding a lot to my electric bill. It never turns off. What to do? I've asked a friend that works for charter and he said they have many complaints. I read Charter changed its name to spectrum for better customer relations. We'll see how fast I get a reply.
