Bad people dont understand how the BBB doesn't get on these people its now Jan 12 my last payment was Dec 12 im still entitled to more benefits and all Luke Fevold can do is tell me hes waiting on a nurse its been a month now Luke. So today I called Sedgwick at there main number they gave me (877) 892-6707 and some bad rep by the first name Elaine answered the phone afer 31 minon hold and took no more than 30 seconds to terminate the call according to her at 1701hrs i wasn't responding to the call my phone wasn't on mute :( I called back and it took another 30 min to get through and guess who answered Elaine. Shes in the wrong department she must get coached management were you at please help the woman or move her. So she promise to transfer me guess what she terminated the call. Now if you worked call center you now well she did this on purpose. So I called back get this I waited on the phone 14 min in my call gets terminated because there phone systems cant handle the call volume after this long. It seems as this company is not working with any credentials that are required by law to practice medicine and yet forcing individuals like myself to return to work. Honestly justice needs to come soon. Straighten this company out or a class action will be filled and people count me in it if a petition is need it.
