About a year and a half ago my car was repossessed and I went and got it. I had to take a loan out for the fees. After I reclaimed my car I did not receive a bill or any contact from chase auto finance. I assumed the matter was resolved and they accepted my payment in full. Fast forward a year and a half later and they want $3000 or they are going to repo my car again. This company lets this drag on and then wants full payment even after they charged it off on my credit report. What recourse do I have. Anyone else in the same boat. Thinking of a class action lawsuit.
