My chase ATM CARD has been hacked in a CITY of which i have never been to (CHICAGO)
the hacker was able to withdraw $2100.00 in ONE DAY when at the ATM

CHASE did not help at all and is now telling me that i have to take care of it OUTSIDE of chase

WHY????
Chase authorized the withdrawal!!!
it happened in their bank!!!
and now they are telling me to take care of it on my own in CHICAGO when i live in FL

Account do reopen when you have a charge come in for payment AFTER the closure date. Stop writing checks or using your card as a credit card then trying to get out of the payment by closing the account. Dumb ass.

I closed my account with Chase and about a month later I was getting letters regarding INS charges'? I was what that account was closed ...needless to say Chase came up with some Bullshit that the account Reopened it self! I was like what by itself!
Chase is. Scam!
Not to mention they hold my mortgage not by my choice but Chase has lost or applied my payment 3x to someone else's account and then they expected me to do the foot work to find and provide proof of payment!
Really I told Chase you lost my payments why should I do your job!
I called my bank Randolph's Credit Union and they took care of everything... because Chase was to lazy...

Why spend time typing a complaint with no useful information?

It would be nice to have someone tell you where to put your money and to have it safe there----on the other hand--put your money with Chase---and kiss it goodby---Chase has to be the worst bank I have ever dealth with---totally incompetant, after many phone calls, personal visits to the branches, certified letters with signature confirmation, emails thru their system------STILL NO ANSWERS----STILL NO DOCUMENTATION, Even their business bankers at their local branches stated to me "They have no clue how to explain my statement "-----Sought an attorney's advice---Chase does not even respond to attorney's---Was told today by attorney----GET OUT OF CHASE-anyway you can.

What happened?

Probably got a NSF and now wants to blame everyone bust himself.
