"New' Non-working ATM Card

Sirs,

Recently Chase Bank forced a "new" ATM card on me. I am retired and traveling. My family forwarded my cards to me in Cambodia where I am currently touring by postal EMS at $30.us. The new card does not work because the idiots in the Chase service center in India voided it and they are going to void my old ATM card on OCT 20. Are these people stoned or just stupid??
