I paid off my 2013 Ford F150 Truck to Chase Financial back in June 2019. I never received my title, I called and they said it was sent to Capital One. Two years ago, there was a problem with Chase and Capital One and it was corrected at that time. Capital One was no where on my loan. I am getting a run around for my title, this was their mistake and they need to correct it and get me my paid off title. NJ is a title state.
