My family and I traveled to Valdosta, about a 40 mile trip, one way. We have always looked forward to eating at Cheddars.
We had all decided that we wanted some of your trademark Onion rings. To our disappointment it had been taken off the menu.
This was a drawing card for us and many others also. Why would you take something so popular off the menu?
we also sat and waited about 15 minutes before a server even took out drink order.
This was the first time we've had a negative experience at Cheddars. We might have written it off as just a bad night but the fact that you remove a signature appetizer, one that we loved so much, had made us reconsider ever going back. The Onion rings were a major part of the thrill of going to Cheddars. Everything else I can get somewhere else. The Onion rings were the draw that set Cheddars apart for other chains. Please reconsider putting them back on the menu. You have made a big business mistake. Everybody loved the Onion rings. The best I've ever eaten.

My ex-wife, son, and I made a 65-mile trip to visit my daughter on October 1, 2019. We wanted to eat somewhere special and nice, so we chose Cheddars. It was around 1:00 pm when we ate.

The meal was good and the server was very attentive to our table. After the bill was paid, my daughter and I had to use the rest room, so we left the to-go boxes we requested of our left-over food on the table. I generally don't like the idea of taking left-over food from to-go boxes inside the rest room. A couple of separate family photos were taken following the rest room visit.

When I returned to the table, the person informed me that the (2) to-go boxes had been thrown away. I regretted suggesting leaving the generous tip at the table.

We don't get the opportunity to eat at nice restaurants due to financial reasons, but we went to extra lengths to do something special with the daughter-sister we had eagerly come to visit.

I do not plan on eating at this restaurant again since it appeared to be an assembly-line impression of feeding the customers, make sure the refills are made, take the money and tips, and clean off the table as fast as possible for the next customer(s).....to-go boxes included.

My daughter lives, works, and will be starting college again in January. I will not plan on eating at Cheddars again whenever I come to visit.

We were at Cheddar's in Morgantown WV around noon on a Saturday and the hostess who seated us was rude, didn't smile, and acted as though she was annoyed that we were even there. The waitress looked hung over and annoyed with us as well and the. She brought out our food and the baked potato tasted old and wasn't even very warm. The butter wouldn't even melt. If we hadn't been so famished from traveling, we wouldn't have ate at all but after you wait for Almost an hour for your food, it's not worth leaving without eating. It definitely was a waste of time and money. The service and the food both sucked! I say take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other restaurants in Morgantown
