They dont pay

I provided construction services to build a catering kitchen in a renovated existing building. I have not been paid in full. Also there are several contractors that have not been paid.

The work is complete but we believe Peter is operating without Occupancy permit from the county because the general contractor has not ordered because of lack of payment. I am owed $1750 but other contractors are owed into the thousands.
