I purchased a Boos 24" X 24" butcher block from Chef Depot. Later, I purchased a wicker basket, designed to hang underneath the butcher block. The basket was advertised for one price, but Chef Depot switched the advertised price and billed me a higher price. Their website failed to state the basket price was exclusive to purchase with a butcher block table. I had purchased a Boos butcher block from Chef Depot. Nevertheless, Chef Depot required that I pay an additional $46 over the advertised price. Not only did I pay the higher price for the basket, I never received the wood rails/drawer slides required to use the wicker basket as a drawer on my Boos butcher block table!

Recently, I telephoned Chef Depot to remedy this oversight. Though I was polite and telephoned them prepared to pay for the wood rails/slides if necessary, the Chef Depot agent refused to discuss the matter with me and all but hung up the phone on me. He said he didn't have time and was handling something [more] "important" and told me to email him.
