Ridiculous phone bill
Sign up Rm98 plan from Celcom, not even 1month, they charged me for Rm265 .when I called to customer service, they can't even check what is going on, need to wait for 8th of June 2017.
This is all unacceptable, the line is celcom, and can't give the answer to customer, needed to wait for the bill only know what happen. Celcom and Maxis is the winner of cheating money without any reason given. I'm going to change my line to u-mobile tomorrow.
