CHEVROLET MOTORS WORLDWIDE

Dear Concern,
I av received a message saying that I am the winner of the Chevrolet Motors Company, mobile no. lucky winner 2016. They'av asked me to pay BDT Tk. 34700. So I want to know whether it is a fake or true, and am I supposed to pay that BDT Tk 34700 on the date of delivery.
Please help me, so that I'll b very much thankful to you.
I'll b waiting for your response.
