home delivery

This is the second time in two days that I have had to contact your department about my home delivery.
I live in LaPorte, Indiana and my newspaper has been thrown in the driveway, into a puddle.
Can't the delivery person place the paper in the Tribune receptacle or at least in my mailbox?
