Extra Sauce

I bought your 9pc Chicken Nuggets Set and I ask for extra 1 Swee & Sour Sauce and was surprise your the cashier ask me to pay for the extra Sauce! May I know is this true that we have to pay for the extra sauces?

If I would have bought your 6pcs Chicken Nuggets, then the 1 Swee & Sour Sauce and 1 Barbecue Sauce should be sufficient.

Kindly advise your staff to be courteous when handling customer. She was abit rude when replying to me!
