I placed an order with Chicme the company on November 5, 2020 I’ve been tracking my order since. I only went for it with ordering from this site because they stated if I did a delivery at that time that I will receive my package before my birthday. I was given two different tracking numbers and neither of those tracking numbers I was able to locate my order or FedEx.Then I was told that the order never went through and then they turned around and sent me a tracking number saying that my delivery was on its way. I’ve tried contacting this company ChicMe on numerous occasions but they don’t have a number to where you can have a real conversation. I’ve been talking to their Facebook messenger and someone named Penny on their app and no one is able to tell me where my order is I talk to the people at FedEx and they told me that the company had to file a complaint in order for me to receive my refund and this company as I explained to them what FedEx told me said that I need to show proof of me filing a complaint before moving forward with with refunding me my money in full. I’m very annoyed because I went to go look again to track my order and on the FedEx app it says that it’s still pending but the company is showing me that my order was delivered November 28 I was not contacted there was no slip left on my door no nothing.
