On 6/14/23 I Recertified for my my kids and grandkids for our food stamps and Medicaid my case was illegally closed before I recertified on 6/14/23 me and my daughter information been removed out the system our date of birth and social security to pretend we don’t have an open case due to my daughters custody case they trying to hide my daughter been getting benefits since she was pregnant for her & her kids & that young man been sopose to have paid child support they not doing their jobs even had fl child support office closed my daughter case in November of 2021 and she applied 11/16/21 they all working together they have thirty days to complete your case after you rectify then been completed my case and posted my daughter benefits for July every body on my case we get our food stamps the same day the 18th of every month that’s how she got her food stamps 7/18/23 because I renewed our application on 6/14/23 but I still haven’t got my benefits they illegally closed my Medicaid in April of 2023 for no reason they keep lying saying my daughter has a sanction and she doesn’t she had one sanction for child support in 2020 that been removed in 2021 I been posted the audio and all proof I called children and families on 7/14/23 & asked why has me and my daughter information been illegally removed no answer from the agent and she told me my application was received on 6/14/23 and they have until the end of the day to complete it but didn’t then she turned around and she I needed to renew for our food stamps by 7/15/23 told her I surely will not I already did it on 6/14/23 and won’t be Recertifying again until December of 2023 I renew every June and December every six months they also keep lying saying my daughter have a open case in ga that case been closed in 2019 they been using that lie to mess with our benefits I posted the audio of me calling ga children and families putting my daughter information in and it said foodstamp closed Medicaid closed so they haven’t been given my daughter her food stamps she entitled to for herself she only gets for her two kids and they been stop giving my pandemic foodstamps besides 2020 I got them only once in 2021 and they were giving out plenty times after that so I am suing them I contacted the inspector general of children and families and filed a complaint on 7/18/23 I was told somebody will contact me within 3 to 5 days I check my account on 7/21/23 and noticed more of our information has been illegally removed my application I just renewed on 6/14/23 and 12/13/22 and others over the years have also been removed but I been made copies and posted it to social media also called the inspector general office again & let them know she said they put they reviewing I said it’s nothing to review and that they reviewing what they can remove that’s all I called them again on 7/24/23 the young lady knew who I was she put me on hold to go tell somebody I was on hold she came back and ask do I wanna file a new complaint I said no I did on 7/18/23 I’m nobody fool they wish because they know three to five days past then she ask do I want to talk to her supervisor 😂🤣 games people play she got on and I let her know nothing is being done instead of putting my foodstamps on my card they removing our information that’s why I post everything via social media so the world could see and told them they getting included in my lawsuit she said it’s hasn’t been five days and that 7/25/23 would be five days & I have to wait but no body called because they know they lying and been illegally removing our documents and I’m telling the truth about them

I posted again about how the State of Florida stop my Medicaid and remove me from the system and place me back in the system on 10/29/20 after i called 4 times to compain me and my original date for our Medicaid to expire is 6/21 when i was put back in the system October my date changed to 10/21 i places the dates on here to show and some one keeps cutting the dates so nobody can see but i put it on Twitter so people could see No Government Benefits cant stop during COVID19 and on top of that i dont recertify until 12/20 so they still didn't have any reason stopping my Medicaid and didn't give me none in the letter i received that was done on purpose so check it out on Twitter

This is my proof from my complaint i did on 11/1/20 about children and families stoping my Medicaid without any reason knowing due to this Nation wide Crisis Covid19 NO Government benefits cannot be stop especially Medicaid like i said my and my family Medicaid is good until 6/21 im the head of Household its five of us they stop my Medicaid took me out of the system then when i spoke to them again on 10/29/20 i my Medicaid was put back in the system not reflecting my original date as before with my family 6/21 not they have my date for my Medicaid as 10/21 my date was changed the state of Florida has a personal vendetta against me from a lawsuit i had against them in 2017 im not the first to sue the state and wont be the last i already made serveral complaints from saying i ran red lights to me running stop signs which were all dismissed because they was lies insurance company not given me uninsured motorists and bodily injury when i purchased my policy to the lastest. a collection agency sent my a letter in july has the clerk of courts on it. i sopose to renewed my tag in july but i didn't because of my car accident the car was totaled i turned in that tag i did get a parking citation in 2017 and i paid it in 2017 before it was due with my debit card online which i do have copies of that receipt so someone with out their way to erase that i paid that parking citation why wait three whole yrs. the extact month i had to renew my tag if that was true my license wouldn't be valid today they was plotting on a way so i couldn't renew my tag and my registration was stolen in 6/20 and i went a paid for a replacement so if that was true about me not paying that citation i couldn't got that replacement registration and she was trying to get me to get a new one i told her i want the same one i purchased in 2018 i new something wasn't right about that. but this is Discrimination and Harassment from the State of Florida and i know my rights. i have done anything wrong

I called Children and Families on 10/26/20 and 10/27/20 letting them know i would be making a complaint because they sent me a letter stating my Medicaid was going to stop as of 10/31/20 but they already had removed my Medicaid prior to that date i have the copies showing it was removed before that date and it never should have been removed because the governor and mayor said all Medicaid must remain active until Covid19 is over so they had no legal right and i have sereral copies of the audio from those dates that i called them i ask to speak to a supervisor on those dates but didnt speak to any the on gentleman i spoke to on 10/27/20 told me he was communicating with his supervisor and she said i was right my Medicaid should not be close that same day 10/27/20 i log on and checked my case and children and families uploaded a paer saying they need proof of address for my daughter because they got notification my daughter was receiving benefits and Ga and Florida. i told him thats not a coincidence that letter was dated 10/28/20 they did that after i said i was making a complaint on 10/26 and 10/27/20 because they kw they messed up trying to justify their wrong doing when i was going to hung up he said i have good news my Supervisor gonna take action against that case worker but you cant tell me anything and im going to believe it my daughter was in Ga visiting when she found out she was pregnant my daughter been back in florida septof2019 that was her lasttime using Ga Medicaid she never used foodstamps from Ga she never had access to the card the person she was visiting never gave her the card and my daughter wallet got stolen in Ga and she did a report i had copies of that as well i called Ga Children and Families ten times before i got in contact with someone and i told them me daughter is back in florida and we wanted to place a fraud alert on that account because her wallet was stolen and she was never given the food stamp card i also have the copies of the letter from Ga staying her case was closing 10/2019 also called up their and put both her ssi and case # in and the system said that case is closed the whole case not just foodstamps i have copies of the audio when i spoke to the agent in Ga and the letter sas due to her not staying in Ga anymore thats why the case was being close she ask for address thats how i get that letter so that means someone on the inside reopened my daughter,s Ga case when it was closed to make it seem like she was getting benefits in both states because i been submitted documents to children and families from Ga in 2019 thats how my daughter was getting her benefits for her and my first grandbby at that time i been made a complaint they have been erading me and my daughter's information out the system but i have copies like that say my daughter wasnt complying with child support i took my daughter to the child support office when my granddaughter was two months old now she's three so she been complying but they erase it she even called several times she gave them his name employer address and date of birth she didn't have his SSN she was told they needed his ssn he could have been served at his job now they keep sending a fake bill from a hospital my daughter never went to saying she owed $20.00 from when my second grandbby was born on 3/24/20 my grandbaby was born at Jackson North Hospital in Miami Florida they also trying to make it seem like my granddaughter was born in Ga she was born right here in fl like her Birthcertificate says and her Hospital rercords and discharge papers says and i also called Children and Families again on 10/30/20 letting her know i called Monday and Tuesday but my Medicaid still not showing in the system i was told my income was to high for Medicaid when those check stubs is old and my hrs got cut due to Covid19. so they have so many excuses because me my kids and grandkids we on the same case all our Medicaid is active until 6/21 i have copies of those papers with those dates now mine was changed to 10/21 when i spoke to that agent on 10/27/20 he said yes your Medicaid is good until 6/21 so it was changed on 10 /30/20 my date sopose to reflect like my family members
