The so called plumber they sent broke my faucet and told me to pour liquid plumber or draino down my sink to get the rest of the clog out because his snake doesn't reach that far. The plumber and the warranty company both told me it was my "risk" and they do not cover damages done by the contractor. They refused to repair half of the problems (toilets not flushing, hot and cold reversed, leaking valves). They would only approve to have the drain snaked and as above even that wasn't accomplished. Had a problem with the furnace making noise and the contractor called me 2 hours after they were supposed to show up to tell me there were still at another job and would be there in about an hour (this phone call occured at 7:50 pm). Who would let a contractor into their house after 9:00 pm? Choice Home Warranty just said oh they could try to resubmit the claim and MAYBE another contractor closer would bid on the job. I have since hired my own plumber who told me that this company doesn't pay the contractors and that is why no one local will deal with them. No wonder all the contractors that bid on the jobs are at least an hour from me and they all seem to be just starting out in the business.

Horrible company to deal with. They "promise" to cover heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, appliances, garage door opener, etc. but in reality they deny more claims than they actually pay. Rip off company.
