Choice Home Warranty does not PAY. I have had an issue with Choice who is refusing to Pay the contract amount for a stove that needs to be replaced. The agreement states that they will pay up to $3,000.00 for a stove if they can not fix it. I have a stove that is 65" double oven and 5 burners. Choice offered me $600.00 in Lowes gift cards to replace my stove. I went to Lowes and for $600.00 you can get a Basic stove 30" in white only not encluding instulation and removal of my stove. this would leave me with 35 inches of new counter to replace and counter top. The issue I have is that you can not get anyone to call me back, or even discuss this matter.

THEY ARE A FRAUD. THEY WILL TELL YOU WHEN YOU SIGN UP THAT THEY WILL COVER YOUR HOME HOWEVER, THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU AN Agreement.

BEWARE THEY HAVE BEEN SUIED for THIS.
