CHW is disreputable and should not be trusted. They have denied multiple claims and will not reconsider even when given documentation. They are only interested in taking your money but will not live up to their stated services. DO NOT USE THEM!

Well, just like every other complaint about Choice Home Warranty, my complaint deals with their unfair denial of our home A/C replacement. We have always maintained our A/C system per the Choice Home Warranty contract issued to me. That included monthly filter changes, and annual professional unit cleanings by an approved A/C service company. Now my system is older, but age of the system plays no role in determining replacement. My unit stopped cooling my home, so I called for service. Choice sent out their service company to evaluate the issue. The service company recommended complete A/C replacement. Choice Home Warranty denied my claim, stating that leaking caused corrosion. There was no corrosion. I appealed their denial giving reasons which included my keeping compliant with maintenance and service. They denied the appeal. They are not a quality company. They would have found a reason to deny my claim to satisfy their policy if deny, deny, deny. Terrible company. Nothing honorable about them. If your smart, you won’t get involved with them. Now, I’m on the hook for a $5000 A/C system that they were contractually obligated to cover. Morgan & Morgan, where are you! I am nowhere near done with these idiots!
