I have been trying to get my refrigerator fixed for nearly 4 weeks. A technician from UHMC a contract company for Choice Home Warranty came out nearly 4 weeks ago to work on my refrigerator, oven and garbage disposal. I was first overcharged 120.00 dollars and haven't been reimbursed my other 60.00 dollars as of yet. My refrigerator was never fixed so I called UHMC back. They came out last Tuesday 10/3/17 and I was told at that time that I needed parts. Ive had to call and check to see when they were coming back with the parts and called Choice Home Warranty who didn't even know what I was talking about. I then recieved a call from UHMC yesterday telling me that a technician will be here to repair my refrigerator today 10/12/17 in which I took off from my job and waited all day today. I finally called Choice Home Warranty only to be told that the parts haven't been ordered.Do not spend your money or your time on this company. So much for my food in my refrigerator 4 weeks later.
