Purchased warranty for new home purchase. Called when dishwasher stopped working. They sent person to look at and they said it needed new motor. Choice said they won't cover because it wasn't working before I bought house. Provided home inspector proof and they still will not cover. They Will not return calls or they put you in phone que hours on end. Worse possible customer service. Basically you will never get coverage if you did not buy new appliances.
