This company is beyond belief!! You can easily get a hold of someone if it looks like you are signing up for a new contract....but get a hold of someone for filing a claim? You get the the complete run around! If you finally do get an answer, it is no...they will not cover it. They will give you some lamb/inappropriate reason why they won't, but regardless, don't count on them to fix it. This company is legal fraud, and I am gonna attempt to recoup all my money back. If I can, I will pursue legal action.
