Choice Home Warranty was called to fix my AC unit at the beach. The technician arrived and said I had a leak in the coil. Although their was some rust on the unit, the technician said it was a normal amount and that a unit no older the 6 months old would have developed some rust. He suggested that Choice replace my unit. Of course, the claim was denied .They use their famous last words, Read your contract. Baloney, They have their own contract and its one word: CLAIM DENIED.
This is the worst company I have ever seen. Don't waste your money one them.
Actually , my contractor sent in a picture that was almost identical to another ac unit which the chose to fix, another one similar was denied as was mine. It seems as though they pick and choose what they want to fix.
