Attention All Contractors providing services for Choice Home Warranty !
Since the bigging of year 2020 we have been providing labor and material for CHW . I have been goin through the proccess they impose to go through to get paid. Now they are not paid over $56,000 for another few months. Me with other contractors have deciSed to start a class action law suit to recover our funds.
Please, if you can't get paid by CHW, submit your complaint here with the total owed. If you like to join our class action law suit, let us know.
I have been going in peoples homes, when Covid started, risking my life and health. Just to find out that I"m NOT getting paid.
