I'm not even a customer of theirs (my landlord isand now soon to be was) and they got a hold of my personal cell phone number ,after asking well over 20 times to be taken off their list and being told that I was they still continue to call and multiples of three back-to-back multiple times a day I got sent home from work because of them I'm about to lose my job because of them! after speaking with John the supervisor in sales and then with one of his employees name Caleb they were John hung up on me refused to help ,I had to break down crying for Caleb to quote-unquote do anything about it. They are a horrible company to deal with they don't hold up to their end of what they claim they say they do, they charge whatever they want to send somebody out whenever they want to send somebody out .I was without air for 2 months because of this company and it took me calling them for a week straight for someone to finally come out ,every day I had to call them for a week straight for them to send somebody out! If tbeu continue to harras me i will seak a lawsuit against this company!
