We have been without A/C for the last 5 days, it has been in the 90s. We called Choice the day it went out, they sent out a company the next day. the tech was here for 5 hours and could not fix the unit. Long story short, company called Choice explained the problems, Choice wanted pictures of everything, every tag every part, inside the ducts etc. Choice denied the claim we had to pay the contractor $455.00 for his time. Choice said we are sending out another company, we are still waiting. After reading all of these complaints I know we will not get our unit fixed. Now begins the process of cancelling the policy and trying to get our money back. In the meantime no A/C.
