Delivery too late
To whim it may concern,

Good day!

I ordered yesterday via phone 9888. They are late for 2hrs. I asked them to informed me if the delivery boy already on his way to deliver, yes they advised me. And waited for 30mins on the location I said should be delivered. And delivery arrived 2hrs after my call. I ordered food on chowking because they are have hot soup. But the driver arrived super late what will expect on that food? Cold soup? Its chowking alabang and customer service 9888 fault.

Please improve! I expect someone will call me for an apology but no one call me. They just ignore it and forget.
