I was about to enter the said store, I am waiting someone to greet me, but none of them greeted me.. Even the manager. I went to the cashier and ask for assistance for their promo, she didn't also greeted me, she didn't smile at me. She asked their manager named Claire (with braces), and asked me to chose what will I take. After waiting for about 10 minutes, they served my order. I am too hungry at that time, right after i opened my food, I've notice that the chicken is lapsed. I know the appearance of chicken because I've been also a crew for almost 2 years. I am really upset for their service. I end up thinking "sana dina lang sila nagpapromo kung hindi din nila aayusin yung servicenila sa customer'.
