I am here to complain one if your Chowking branches  here in Baguio. Last Sunday April 19 around 11: 31 my son ordered white halo- halo and my son manage to finished almost the regular size, when my son ask me to accompany him to the rest room. So my husband tried to finish the halo- halo but his was so stunned when he saw a spider mixed in the halo halo we ordered. 
my husband called the attention of the manager ms. glee, what she said is we just need to wait for the complications that will happen to our son. we do not accept this kind of reasoning and remedy for ehat happened. Whether there will be a complication or not the point is, the food that your branches serve  should and must be clean.

we took picture of the halo halo that chowking centermall severed  us. We are so disappointed and we not pleased and satisfied with the service.
