Missing order/ quality Taste not good

I ordered thru delivery (talabat) chowking charge to me the asado sauce 2pcs additional but I did not received, the taste of the chicken noodles is totally no taste even the soup. No salt or even pepper taste. So disappointed and sad..honestly me and my wife will never repeat order again.
