Very rude cashiers and filthy utensils/trays.

One of the cashiers named "MEL" scratched her head thrice during the course of taking my order. It seemed that she did not like when I changed my order and when I asked a question about a certain product. Also, I asked the short haired lady staff who was not in uniform where the straws were placed she pointed where it was bu her face was really grumpy. Most of the lady crew had grumpy faces.

The tray where the cashier put my order and tissue was so dirty. I even told to the crew "tao ang gumagamit dito hindi hayop, mas malinis pa ang kainan ng mga aso ko dito." The manager in trainee at that time was close to us but seemed to just ignored us.

RUDE cashier! I ask her if pwede makahingi ng chili garlic she said yes, then sinabi ko din kung pwedeng humingi ng water she said yes pero hnd nya ko binigyan, nagaantay ako ng cup of water then nag busy busyhan na sya sa may drinks.. then pagharap nya andun pa din ako syempre nag aantay akong tubig pero ang bungad nya ok na yan maam with a high pitch tone of voice! Una nakakasira siya ng araw, pangalawa hindi tamang attitude yung pinakta niya, pangatlo ksama sa binayaran namin yung kanyang great customer service. First time kong kumain sa store na to pro dko ineexpect na ganun yung service dto.. nkakagalit kasi gingawa nya akong TANGA sorry for the word pero yun yung dating nya saken mag approach... JOVIE yung name ng cashier at hinding hindi ko makakalimutan yung mukha nya! aasahan ko ang mabilis na pag aksyon nyo dto.. please give me feedback about this.. and yung order ko 30 minutes na wla pa din to think na 1 pc.chicken lang ang order ko... kung hindi pa ako tinanong nung isang nsa lobby baka umabot na ng 1 hour wla pa din order... i thank him sa pag aassist. di ko nakuha name nya pero kudos great job kuya... baka sana pwedeng ipatrain nyo kay kuya si JOVIE para matuto kung paano humandle ng customer!
