Super poor service. Almost every time I eat in Chowking, Shaw boulevard, Mandaluyong City branch, I have a complaint in their service, food and the way they treat their costumers. For example, I am ordering a fish fillet lauriat, they don't know that they used to have that in their menu, another, when I ordered a pork lauriat they gave me a orange chicken lauriat because they don't have pork, that's ok but what's not ok is the lauriat should have 2 pc siomai, but instead of 2pc siomai they gave me one pc shanghai that they didn't ask my opinion if I would like to have that. See? This is really gets my attention. Another, when I approach the cashier that handled my order, she looked like angry and doesn't want to answer my question, seemed like she doesn't want her job. If I remember it right her name is Jen, when I ask another lady on the cashier, she was like Jen also. They saw my reaction that I was disappointed with their service but they didn't do anything. Pay attention to this and do something about it. Since that day I told my self that I will never eat in that branch again. This incident didn't happened to me just once. My family and I will never it in that branch ever again.
