very poor service and unacceptable state of its furniture and store's dilapidated and sad state
This is the 2nd time I've encountered such very poor customer service of Chowking Sorsogon City branch, I am complaining of very late arrival of our ordered food despite of our repeated follow ups, other orders were already fulfilled even we were ahead of them in ordering our food, and what's so sad is the fact that the said outlet is in an advanced state of deterioration wherein it would be very disadvantageous to your good standing in the food business. Why is it that your tolerating your company to permit such Chowking branch wherein it would be very detrimental on your company's image.
