I previously submitted complaint re short changing of chowking ,although it was cents only but if done repeatedly it would be a big amount.i haven't received any reply from you through my mail but received a cal from the branches ivwas referring too.Their reason was they were unable to get centavos change or are often short of centavos.is this a valid reason to costumers by just short changing them?They do not even apologies for lack of centavos..for them it was understood and leave it to costumer to notice it.i will still observe for change but if not i will decide later for it is a violation of DTI IRR short changing law 109009.hoping for your action in this regard.this is my second email.Thank you.
