Good Day.

Am Leandro D. Vila, MD, FPSA, FPSP, MSc of PGH, FEU-NRMF, OLFU. I am a patron of chowking specially the vegetables and the chao-fans. I frequent myself in the branch of Waltermart in Roosevelt. I have been a customer there for over 6 years now because of my proximity to the said mall.

However, this evening I ordered a to go (take out) food. I specified to the counter that make sure she gives me the fried siomai because last time I ordered for fried siomai they gave me steamed siomai. She responded to that and I received the fried siomai. BUT my order took around 20 minutes and the others who came next to me got their orders already but my orders were not yet delivered. I have been seeing a paper bag on the side counter and no one even bothers to look on it if it belongs to someone else's. It took around 12 minutes when the paper is staled on the side counter before a certain "Mel" approached me and was asking for my receipt to confirm for my order. I replied that they could have checked the receipt when the order came out of the kitchen and the number I believe is written there and why would they have to look at my receipt when I have the number. Isn't that irresponsibility on their part. Isn't the manager should look over the numbers and there is a certain time the crew should address the orders? Why would the manager be so complacent about this? The other managers before. . .2 or 3 years ago. . .were so conscientious about the orders that they made sure they have been delivered in an appropriate time. The restaurant manager's name is Janette Cuneta.
