Its time to sue MORGIS. Since we are all helping to expose the ####, we should all sue him in court.

Sue him for over $11,000 so that its not a small claims case. He will have to hire a lawyer for minimum 5-10k as a retainer. He wont be able to defend himself if he doesnt have a lawyer with a big retainer. Drag it on as long as possible to cost him in legals.

You will get judgement, friends. Then go after all his remaining assets. If he doesnt have any current assets, then you get to see him file for personal bankrupcy.

If the judge decides its CIVIL FRAUD, then you will have judgement against him for 20 YEARS and any assets he has will be subject to you getting it.
