Hi there

I ordered the free trial of this skincare cream on the 16th December 2017 and paid via my credit card $3.95 US dollars for the postage. I have never received the free trial. Instead this company took $131.85 Australian $ from my credit card on 5th January without me ever receiving any products. I then received in the mail a week later 2 jars of their cream which was obviously why they debited my credit card. The 2 jars of cream came with no contact details whatsoever only dispatch information.
I then found some information on the website and have emailed the company twice asking for my money back. I do not want to keep this product as I wasnt even given the chance to try before I buy!!
On the web site it states they will deduct money from your account a month after you receive the free trial if they have not heard back from you to cancel order! A. I didnt get a free trial B. the money was taken 21 days after the ordering (not receiving) of the so called free trial and C. there is nowhere I can directly speak to anyone as the phone numbers are in America and I am in Australia. As of today I have still not even received a confirmation of either emails. This is a total joke and to be honest I wont ever be ordering anything from overseas again as this is blatant stealing from my account, my hard earned money and no one has even bothered to reply. I dont believe Christie Blinkley would be happy to know this is how her company treats people.
