I purchased a 4 pack of premium plus crackers and when I opened the package the cracker tasted like house paint / solvent. it was not just one , but all 4 ..it may not be the plastic but the cracker but either wasy it was disgusting .
on to a new manufacturer !

What have you done to your wonderful crackers? They have changed . Tougher, less taste different texture, not nearly as nice as they used to be . At one time would not have thought of buying any other brand but now feel I must try others. These are not good anymore. Huge disappointment!!

The quality of your premium soda crackers has declined very much lately. Why does your package and the website not show the country of production? Are they made overseas, by the ton, stored for many months, and shipped to North America by a slow boat? I am sure they are not made in Canada, because the taste is completely different from former recipes. North America produces much of the world's wheat. Products are probably made from our wheat that had been shipped to another country to take advantage of the cheap labour. They then produce inedible food. You are doing a disservice to our farmers and labour force by making products that get thrown out. Our farmers are disgusted to see their labour wasted in producing inedible foodstuff. As a large company you are not very concerned when your products are wasted and thrown out because of poor taste. I object to pay high prices for a low quality product, and won't be buying Christie Premium crackers again.

The premium cracker recipe must have changed...it does not taste the same at all..It is gross. bought a small box last month as my large Costco box had run out..couldn't eat that box, the crackers tasted very different, thought I had bought contaminated crackers..Bought a new large box from Costco yesterday, now tasting the same gross contaminated cracker...:( I have been using these Christie crackers all my life..they were good, an all around comfort food, used them in soup, meat loaf, crumbs for so many foods..and snacks..crackers with cheese, peanut butter, anything..You had a delicious product, now I can't figure out what it tastes like...and I do not like it..Please Mr Christie bring back the good cracker...I am 67 now, and am very sad at the loss of the everyday soda cracker...I used to eat them for all my morning sickness..all I could keep down...and you've taken that great cracker away...Sad Sad
