This is the last straw. Hobby Lobby habitually over charges for items, and the way they ring up the stuff it is hard to catch when it is happening. If you buy something that is a percentage off, but you are buying other items as well you dont catch the ones they didnt ring up correctly until you are home and look at your receipt. All christmas was 50% off, i purchased two christmas stockings at $9.99 each, should have been charged $4.99 each, but my receipt shows i was chaged full price. Now it is my responsibility to go all the way back to the store to get it fixed. Then they want my address, ohone number, want to see a photo id like i am trying to rip them iff before they will give me the credit. They do all this on purpose to try and get you to just live with it and not try to get it fixed. They are ripping people off all the time and they know it! They are a disreputable retailerand you would do well to hold the libe up and look at every item on your receipt before you leave the store or you can count on making another trip.
