Never received the product
Placed an order through their website on December 7, 2014 and paid with a credit card through Pay Pal Service. Received and email with the receipt of payment made but never received the product!!!
On December 22nd I started to try and contact company via phone and email (which is what the instructions were to do on their voice mail system!).
As of today, January 8,2015 I have yet to hear from anyone at this company not received the product I ordered or a refund.
I've filed a complaint with Pay Pal and am now going through them for a refund.
THIS COMPANY IS ATROCIOUS!!!

Will not refund my money
OMG, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY, I purchased a bangle on August 9th and I didn't like it at all so I called for a RMA # to return it and sent it back! It is now Oct 24th and no credit on my charge card and they will NOT answer the damn phone or call me back! I've emailed them also,, NO RESPONSE , DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ,

worst customer service
Worst Company Ever!!!!!!!! I placed an order with Chubby Chico in early June. The value was $600.00 so I chose to purchase insurance through them since the method of delivery was USPS with delivery confirmation and I have heard this can be unreliable. I waited patiently for the package ,even went to the post office a few times inquiring if it was there and the mailman forgot to leave me a note..after several failed attempts, I emailed chubby Chico and asked for tracking information. Finally a few days later, I received a copy of the tracking info but it did not state my store address, only my town. I called them and never received a return phone call. I emailed again. No response. I called again. Nothing. I emailed again and stated that I needed those charms for a special event and asked politely for a response regarding their "investigation" again, I was sent a copy of the tracking info and a response informing me the insurance covers replacement only...and "tracking says itvwas delivered!!!!!! You DO know this dont you!!!I" responded asking to credit my card and I would place another order since I wouldn't be needing the original charms and although tracking stated it was delivered..I don't have it. They responded saying a replacement was on the way and I would have to pay more for first class delivery.....I told them, again, that if they didn't await three weeks to reply to my missing package inquiry, I would accept the order...but it won't arrive in time for my event so please credit my card. The response I received after that..and the ones to follow..were the most immature,unprofessional, and unethical emails I have ever received..they accused me of lying about the missing package and continued to insist that if delivery confirmation says it was delivered, I have the package,and I shouldn't "threaten" them with disputing the charge because they have proof it was delivered.... Since their defense mechanisms were on full blast after I asked for a refund, I can only ascertain that this isnt the first time a customer has complained to them. I felt like I was corresponding with a bratty teenager, not an employee..or..gasp..the owner of a reputable company. I have nothing but disgust and dissapointment for their customer service practices and have already disputed the charge. If they would have responded in a timely manner, and didn't have their fighting fists up the minute I complained about their lack of quality care,they would have had a new customer and a $600.00 sale with many more to follow.now all they have is one more complaint on their board. Sad.
