Like hundreds, perhaps thousands of others, I was tricked into "subscribing" to ShopperDisc.co.uk, in this case when buying online from CHUMS. I have to assume I clicked on some sort of voucher offer without realising the implications. I have no hesitation in describing Shopperisc as a scam. Once one has signed up (unwittingly in most cases), Shopperdisc lie low - though they have your email address, they will never make any form of contact. They just quietly milk your bank a/c (£15/mo in my case) until you realise. The internet is full of incidents like this. Why, how can this pernicious scam not be stopped. All that would be required would be a law requiring companies such as ShopperDisc to notify those who signed up, that they have done so.
