I have called 1111 numerous times asking for account manager in charge of cimb corporate package to call me back to help me with the steps to change my current no 0193574395 from corporate to personal as I have been transferred and do not entitle this benefit anymore but want to maintain this number. Currently there is outstanding bill of rm324.40 and I would not pay unless someone help me with this change of package so my call would not get barred causing hassle to my work.
