Right, I've tried logging in now to make a complaint however I've been blocked out. I'm legally homeless and my uncle has been using my card for a site I can't even find to get the account ceased. Just refund me or take down the account. I can't make payments anyway.

Applied for 5 day free membership to watch Z Nation season 3, gave my credit card information and set up my membership,still couldn't watch anything.The whole system is a scam,every time I tried to log in it said,try another email address, this one is taken! Yeah it's taken cause it's my email address i used to start my free 5 day membership.Then it kept denying my log in but charged my credit card the next day with a 24.99 charge,for what,it was suppose to be a 5 day free trial and I never watched anything.... smdh,I just wants my money back and wash my hands of all scammers!

I received my bill today, and saw I was charged $39.95.US. And several $ 1 U.S. by Cinamuse. Then I checked on line what is this company since I had never heard about it. Then I tried to call the number showed on the bill. I could not get hold of anybody ,only automated person bla, blah like if you want to cancel your membership, type in your credit card number. I did not know when, where I signed up the membership for this company I even did not know, how can I cancel it. I gave up, called my credit card company , and I was told that they would change my credit card number. What a scam!

Cinamuse lied about the "FREE" five day trial. Why is it charging money for something that was supposed to be free and it dosen't even say in the email it sends you. Scam. Do not trust websites like these with your card details.
