I went to buy a card for my prepaid phone. The guy was very nice but he made a mistake and gave me a code for another phone company. Anyone can make mistakes. We're human. But it's unacceptable that when I went to get this taken care of, the clerk was gone and the manager tells me that they don't do refunds. It's $50.00 that I don't have and I need my phone. I can't believe they can get away with this. If anyone can help me on what to do about this please email me at [email protected].

Employee at circle k said that i was not a man.Very poor customer service.This circle k is located at 3435 n.rancho dr las vegas nv.I have been a customer of circle k for over thirty years and i have never been treated with such poor customer service.Employees name is nina.Very poor customer relations.Maybe she would be suited for a different job!!! Maybe she was tying to be funny but i don't find that remark very funny.Not very professional!!!!!! Very racial!!!!!! If something is not done about this i am prepared to go all the way to the top.This is not acceptabal!!!!!!!!!!!!!
