Employee was rude, mean, snapping at my mother and her friend. She was complaining the whole time about someone coming in and had wanted to pay in $60 in change (coins). And she said no, but other employee accepted it. Then she was snapping at the other employees about the safe and this and that. She wasn't even paying attention to to anything my mom and her friend wanted. And every time they asked her something she snapped some rude comment at them. She even gave my mom the wrong ice cream, my mom asked for cookie dough and she gave her cookies and cream. But my mom was so afraid of her, my mom didn't want to say anything. Well, I was unaware of this going on, because I was trying to figure out where the buns were at at the hot dog station. My mom finally had to show me that they are in a drawer under hot dog warmer. Nothing was labeled had no idea where anything was and everyone was to busy to help me. Either talking to people they knew or preoccupied in something else. She was an older lady, didn't get her name, she disappeared after she got their ice cream. But it was between 2:30-3:30, she was very short, tiny, older lady, with short brown straight hair. My mother frequently visit that store for the Thrifty ice cream and is now debating ever going back. Please, help to make sure that she doesn't get away with this, or keep her from treating other customers this way. Thank you. Have a nice day!
