Had the police called on me because i was getting some ice water i am a customer whom went into the store on the 5th of june at 5.00 pm the manager stood there being rude n disrespectfu. Rudely saying What are you doing? Over and over verbal abuse so much anger in the voice of the manager jason after that he threat to called the police and said i was in the store stealing so the sheriff can get there quick the manager took it upon his self to keep screaming at me rude and very lots of verbal abuse coming from the manager jason at the circle k gas station in shoreview minnesota i then was made to pull over by the sheriff after the manager told the dispatch there is a black girl and she is stealing and i need assist in the store i told her to stop running my water in the store i respond can u leave me alone and then i proceed getting my ice water and went out the door the manager stated to the dispatch she didnt pay for the cup of water which there is no sign saying pay for water and ice and i ask everytime the other worker are there that is my first time seeing that store manager in that location he told the police he had been in with me before so the sheriff gave me a trepass warning because i didnt ask him for the water so he retaliate by calling the police and making false allegation and i was so humiliated and belittle to know that a store manager can use his authority of being a store to have the sheriff issue me that citation from themanager jason at the circle k in minnesota i am disable and cant believe i was treated with some much disrespect and rudeness from an employee i cant even go outside cause i think that i am goin to be harass by the sheriff or the employee at the store any store because if jason can use his authority to make false call to the police a business is going to do the same.Now that the manager has been success in getting me a trepass for a year which i think is harsh and cruel and is a form of retaliation because he has the authority to do so he said. In his store this is my store ask for head boss or region manager jason to give me corporate he respond 👎no and ask the other cashier she gave me a copy of a paper with the number on and i left and said i be back Tommorrow to the lady cashier if i was doing so much as the allegation goes i wouldnt be coming in there for 15yrs that i have beening coming into that store get a cup of water i would like recieve a called from the direct of the company the manager over jason at the shoreview location i just need help in making my complaint and having that region offices contact me.
